Happy Easter all!

This year we had our Easter picnic at Tambourine Mountain. It was a beautiful cool day. The rain stayed away thankfully. After some trial and error we settled on a picnic area in the national park at the north end of the mountain. Noodles, salad spiced chicken for lunch with cheesecake and fruit salad for desert. Despite the rain we ventured out to Colmslie Beach Reserve for our picnic. The picnic was to celebrate our year together as Young Christian Meditators and to celebrate Christmas with one-another before many of us go on holidays. The rain created a peaceful atmosphere and made finding a BBQ easy. Sheltered away from the rain we meditated before and after lunch. At the lunch there was plenty of good food, good friendship and good conversation.

On Saturday 10th November we are planning to have a picnic to officially celebrate our year and Christmas together before those of us who leave to go abroad for the holidays.

When: 10th November 10:30am.
Where: Colmslie Beach Reserve (It is a park), Colmslie Road, Morningside. Follow the sign that says "Raptis Fish Markets".
Your Food: BYO BBQ food.
Our Food: Salad to share.
What will we do: Meditate. Chat, eat and be merry. Meditate.
