  • Six week course introducing the fundamentals about Christian Meditation.
  • One module = one hour (one hour a week)
  • Each module is standalone - miss one week, doesn't matter, come the next week.
  • Includes actual meditation practice.
  • Coarse conducted in supportive group environment.
  • Free, no cost.
